Refund Policy

In principle, registrations are non-refundable but transferable. In exceptional circumstances, deviations from this policy may be considered following coordination with the EPTDA Bureau. EPTDA enters into contractual commitments with suppliers based on the number of registrations and makes (advance) payments accordingly. These commitments are challenging to amend retrospectively, which is why EPTDA adheres to this policy. Cancellations (if agreed by the EPTDA Bureau) will under all circumstances only be possible until 15 August 2026. After 15 August 2026, your booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Participation to the EPTDA Convention implies payment of all invoices (membership dues, convention invoices and any other from past and present). Exceptions to this rule are unfortunately not possible.
